Pauline’s Bakes will be referred to as ‘The business’

By ordering from The Business you are agreeing to the following:

  1. The order will be confirmed and processed only once payment is received. This applies to both orders via the website and by email. If the payment fails, the order will be cancelled.

  2. The Business reserves the right to cancel any order. If the cancellation is The Business’ fault a refund will be provided within 14 working days.

  3. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate details. The Business is not liable for any customer’s mistakes.

  4. No modification to the order will be accepted within two working days of the delivery.

  5. If the customer cancels the order within 2 working days of the delivery no refund will be provided.

  6. No delivery will be carried out if no one over 18 is home to receive the delivery. A fee will be incurred by the customer to reschedule the delivery.

  7. Delivery is available in Newport (South Wales) and surrounding areas. No delivery will be carried out outside of the postcodes unless previously agreed. Any order placed for a delivery outside of these areas will be cancelled.

  8. The full content of this website (texts, image, logos and photos) is property of The Business. No use is permitted without prior consent.

  9. If the customer is not satisfied with their order, they will need to contact The Business within 48 hours so that a resolution can be found. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide enough information to the business regarding any potential issue.

  10. DIETARY REQUIREMENTS - Please see ingredients listed. I cannot cater for any special requirements at present as I operate from my domestic kitchen. All bakes may contain allergen.
