Where are the products made?

The products are made in my domestic kitchen.

Do the baked goods contain allergens?

Each product on my website will have their ingredients listed. However, as mentioned above, I make the baked goods in my domestic kitchen. This means that there is a possibility there will be trace of allergens (celery, cereals containing gluten , crustaceans, eggs, fish, lupin, milk, molluscs, mustard, peanuts, sesame, soybeans, sulphur dioxide and sulphites, and tree nuts) will be in the baked goods even though they are not listed in the ingredients.

How well do they last?

each product will have a specified shelf life. this will be within the product description.

Can I collect the goods?

At the moment no, this is not an option. I only offer delivery.

Where do you deliver?

Newport South Wales and surrounding areas (Cardiff East, Cwmbran, Magor) - please contact me and we can discuss delivery.

What is the fee for the delivery

There is a flat fee of £1.50

When can I expect my delivery?

Deliveries are only made on Saturday between 9am and 12pm. However, if you are looking to get goods delivered on another specific day do not hesitate to ask if I will see if this is something that is possible. However, I cannot guarantee it.

What is the cut off date for an order to be delivered on Saturday of that week?

I will need to have received the order and the payment before 10AM on the Thursday.
